From application to confirmation — here is everything you need to know to secure your stand at Vendor Vault 2026.

Your stand includes a standard-size tent, table(s) and chair(s), a light bulb, a double power socket and customized Vendor Vault artworks for promotions. Payment is made only after selection, through your unique payment link.
The Journey to Becoming a Vendor
STEP 1
Submit Your Application
Complete the vendor registration form with your business details — including business registration documents, product categories, price ranges, and social media handles. Businesses selling regulated products must hold FDA (Food and Drugs Authority) approval or show approval is in progress.
STEP 2
Selection Review
Please note: registering does not automatically qualify you as a vendor. Every application goes through a structured selection process by the Vendor Vault team, assessing product quality, brand presentation, and fit with the curated marketplace. Spaces are limited and selection is competitive.
STEP 3
Selection Notification — Email & SMS
All selected vendors will receive an email and an SMS from the Vendor Vault team containing their unique payment link. Only communications through these official channels are valid — do not make payment through any other link or third party.
STEP 4
Make Full Payment — Become a Full Vendor
Complete full payment of GHS 6,500.00 through your unique payment link. Only after full payment is received do you become a confirmed full vendor for Vendor Vault 2026, with your stand secured. Kindly note the refund policy in the Vendor Terms and Conditions — stand fees are non-refundable within one month of the event date.
STEP 5
Set Up & Sell
Receive your stand allocation and setup guidelines from the Vendor Vault team, comply with event and sponsor arrangements, and get ready to meet thousands of shoppers at Ghana’s premier curated Christmas marketplace.
Important: Submitting a registration does not automatically make you a vendor. Only applicants who pass the selection process and complete full payment via their unique email/SMS payment link are confirmed as full vendors for Vendor Vault 2026.
